Out-of-the-ordinary, quiet, and secluded, Inn to the Woods offers unique opportunities for customizing your corporate events. A variety of indoor and outdoor spaces as well as state-of-the art services are available to meet your conference, workshop, and reception needs.

Situated on eight acres in the heart of historic Washington Crossing, Pa., our woodland estate has been referred to as Bucks County’s Hidden Treasure. From training seminars to development sessions, team building days to leadership workshops, our peaceful and conveniently located Inn is the perfect venue for your corporate event.

It is all in the details. Use our expertise to create a truly unique event that will fulfill your personalized corporate goals. Inn to the Woods has total of 2,800 square feet of indoor / outdoor reception and meeting area, with acres of a woodland setting, all of which can be combined and customized for your use. Please speak with the event planner, Brady Barr, to arrange an on-site appointment.

   
 
  The inn can be reserved for a single weekday (8:30 am - 5:00 pm) or multiple retreat days with overnight accommodations. Conference prices given below may vary due to client’s extraordinary requests.
$300 for first meeting area reserved
  $250 for a combined second space
  $200 for combined third space
  $150 for combined forth space
   
 
  All meals and food service are customized for the client and the event.
Rates given are standard and may vary with client's request.
  Coffee and beverage service (always available): $10 per person
  Lunch: Starting at $25 per person
  Dinner: Starting at $45 per person
From a casual barbeque to elegant hors d’oeuvres or formal dinner, we work with you to create a menu.

All events are taxed 9% sales tax. 20% gratuity is added to all catering fees. Smoking is limited to designated areas outside of the Inn.
   
 
  Luxurious private rooms, all with private baths, fireplace, TV/VCR and air conditioning are available starting at $129.00 per night.  A continental breakfast available upon request for an additional $10.00 per person.
