Welcome home...Inn to the
Woods is the ideal
location for an intimate and loving commitment celebration. Referred
to as “the hidden treasure of Bucks County,” the
Inn’s beautiful woodland setting and unique reception areas
are available for ceremonies and receptions of up to sixty guests.
It is all in the details. From the very beginning, we offer complete
ceremony planning and reception services to ensure that your
event is exactly what you are dreaming of. In the Woods we assist
you to design and personalize your event. We are not just a location,
but a hands-on and caring team. From invitations to ministers,
caterers to florists, photographers to musicians and more, we
can help plan and coordinate every aspect of your ceremony and
reception. You may also choose to work with your own vendors.
Pre-approval is required for all outside services.
A Friday
or Saturday event requires reserving the Inn for two nights.
Our seven guest rooms, each with a king or queen size
bed and private bath,
can accommodate
up to 14 adults. Sunday and week
day weddings are priced
individually
and usually do not require the overnight
lodging fee,
please call us to discuss details.
The location fee for a weekend event begins at $3,550.00.
This fee
includes reserving the Inn for two nights, breakfast for your overnight
guests each morning and use of the property for a 4 hour reception.
Your event will be created specifically for you based on
your personal
style, preference and budget.We offer three styles of catering services:
cocktail receptions, buffet, and seated dinners.
Cocktail Reception starting
at $30 per person.
Buffet starting at $40 per person.
Seated Dinners starting at $50 per person.
All events are taxed 6% State & 3%
County Tax.
18% gratuity is added to all catering
and lodging fees.
Valet parking is necessary for an event
with more than 30 guests.
Inn to the Woods does not
have a liquor license; you must supply the
spirits you wish to serve to your guests. A bartender and beverage
setup
will be included in the catering costs.
